If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it within 28 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure to include the original dispatch note (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you need longer to return an item due to reasons beyond your control, please contact us.
Please note that earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
