Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Unfortunately, discount codes can only be used on full price items.

Can I return an item if I've changed my mind?

Items can be returned within 28 days if they haven't been worn. Please contact us on customerservices@murujewellery.com if you would like to speak to us about a return.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if they are placed by 2pm. If you would like to cancel your order, please call us on (020) 3735 5656 and we will be able to cancel your order if it hasn't already been dispatched.

Can I amend my order?

Yes, if you would like to amend or add to your order, please contact us within an hour of placing your order and we will be able to update it accordingly. If you have received your dispatch email but it is before 3pm please call us on (020) 2725 5656 and we will try our best to help you with amending your order.

Can I buy a gift card?

Gift cards can be purchased here. You can choose the date they are sent to the recipient and they will be sent via email.

How do I return items originally purchased from a Muru stockist?

Items purchased from one of our stockists can be returned to the stockist they were originally purchased from. 

Can I exchange a gift that was purchased for me?

If we can locate the original order, we would be happy to exchange your unworn item. We will require details of the person who originally purchased the item to locate the order. 

Can I use multiple discounts/offers on my order?

Our promotions/discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid on any sale items.

All orders over £120 will receive the free next day delivery offer automatically, this can be used in conjunction with other offers.

An item I want is showing as out of stock, how can I find out when it will be back in stock?

You will be able to find out if this item will be back in stock by emailing us on info@murujewellery.com

You will also be able to get a notification when this item is back in stock by going to the product page and clicking 'Email me when back in stock.'

Can I purchase the necklace chains without a pendant?

Due to popular demand, we have made the chains available to purchase separately. You can find our chain collection here.

Can I use a discount code to buy a gift voucher?

Discount codes can only be used on products, rather than gift vouchers. A discount code can be used by the recipient when they place an order using the gift voucher.

Is Muru Jewellery nickel-free?

Yes, all of our jewellery is nickel-free and perfect for everyday wear.

How can I remove my details from the Muru mailing list?

At the bottom of each Muru newsletter, you will find the option to ‘unsubscribe’. If you click this, you will be removed from receiving future newsletters from Muru. Alternatively, feel free to email us with your details and we can unsubscribe on your behalf. Notifications regarding your purchases will not be affected when you unsubscribe.

Every piece of Muru Jewellery has a 12-month warranty so you can buy with confidence. If you have any problems with your jewellery, contact us by email or telephone on 020 3735 5656 and we will help to resolve the issue. We will require your original order number, we can help you locate this if you are unable to find it.
