NOTICE:
During the Covid-19 pandemic, it may not be easy to return an item. If you need more time to return an item for reasons beyond your control, please contact us and we will be able to help.

We are constantly monitoring and updating our website regarding deliveries when necessary, Please allow a little more time for delivery delays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: Our standard delivery service has been temporarily suspended due to slower delivery times, staff shortages and air freight shortages. Our only international delivery option is DHL express.

• Delivery

Order by 2pm Monday-Friday for same day dispatch.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday-Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

All of our UK orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail and we will use our reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order within the given timescale. We cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.  
We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply.  You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company’s depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.

• Returns

 

We've extended our usual returns timeframe for the festive season. Any gift bought between 8th October and 24th December 2020 can be returned up until 25th January 2021.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it within 45 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure to include the original dispatch note (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please note that earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Unfortunately, purchases made via our website cannot be returned to one of our stockists.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
